Square Enix Is Selling NieR Umbrellas, Rings, and Music Boxes

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Square Enix has a whole array of new pieces of merchandise inspired by NieR Gestalt, NieR Replicant, and NieR Automata up for preorder in its online store. The nice part is, they range from incredibly affordable to ridiculously expensive, so it isn’t like situations where all people have to choose from are $137.99 charms or $147.99 necklaces. Rather, people can choose from rather affordable NieR umbrellas and music boxes or the as-expected expensive rings, all of which will be released in October 2020.

The two new NieR music boxes are the least expensive items this time around. There are two new ones here. NieR: Automata gets aVague Hope/Cold Rain” model and NieR Gestalt/Replicant gets a “Emil/Sacrifice” design. Each one is a hand-wound model and costs $17.99. (Previously, a “Weight of the World” version and “Kaine/Salvation” variant launched in March 2020.)

There are two NieR umbrellas to choose from. The NieR Gestalt/Replicant design is of Emil’s head in black dots. It is normally $29.99. The NieR Automata one is a bit more subdued, as it is all black and has the “YoRHa: For the Glory of Mankind” logo on the side.

As for the two NieR rings, each one is made of SV925 Silver and inspired by designs from certain characters. The $137.99 NieR Gestalt/Replicant ring has angel characters on it, while the also $137.99 NieR Automata ring has 2B’s skirt design on it.

The NieR umbrellas, music boxes, and rings will be released in October 2020. NieR Automata is available immediately on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC worldwide. NieR Gestalt is available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 worldwide. NieR Replicant is available on the PlayStation 3 in Japan and will be coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
