There will also be a new original theme song just for Gotopazu Story. While there is no teaser for the opening song or movie yet, we know who will sing it. Natsumi Takamori, who voices Raiha Uesugi, will be the singer. In Gotopazu, Raiha is the one who teaches you how to play. Other than Raiha, Takamori has also voiced  Miku Maekawa in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls and Kaori in Princess Connect.

The original Gotopazu was a puzzle game similar to Bejeweled or Candy Crush. But Gotopazu Story will cut out that gameplay. Instead, like other The Quintessential Quintuplets games, it will be a visual novel-like adventure game. You will be able to replay and rewatch scenes from Gotopazu, with all of the voice actors reprising their roles for it. It is unknown if it will include scenes from limited time events. The key visual for Gotopazu Story features the quintuplets hugging cushions that look like their representative gems in the game.

The Quintessential Quintuplets: Gotopazu Story is in development for the PS4 and the Nintendo Switch.
