Konami has offered more updates about Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side 4, the fourth entry in its otome dating series. The official name of the game is now Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side 4th Heart, which follows in the same naming pattern as games like Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side 2nd Kiss and 3rd Story. It also introduced a new possible boyfriend on the website: Inori Himuro.

There are certain “types” of guys to date in each Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side game. So while Nozomu Sassa is the “sporty” guy and Iku Honda is the “smart” guy, Inori is the underclassman kouhai who eventually shows up as a possible romance option for the heroine. His voice actor hasn’t been confirmed yet, but we do know his birthday is in July, his blood type is A, and he likes to surf.

What’s especially interesting about Inori is that he continues the trend of having Reiichi Himuro or someone related to him in a game. Reiichi was the homeroom teacher in Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side 1st Love, the original game, and was also one of the people you could date. His cousin, Itaru Hikami, appeared as a possible boyfriend in Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side 2nd Kiss and was that entry’s designated “smart” romance option. While there was no member of the Himuro family to date in the third entry, Reiichi showed up again as the club advisor for the brass band and is referenced often, due to 3rd Story returning to Habataki High as a setting.

Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side 4th Heart will be released in 2020, but Konami has not noted which platforms it will appear on. However, it previously revealed five of the other boys who will be available to date.
