Yakuza PSP Boasts Five Hours Of Voiced Movies

Sega released new details about Project K in this week’s issue of Famitsu. First, we have the game’s official name and yes it’s a Yakuza title. In Japan, the game is known as Ryu ga Gotoku Shinshou Kurohyou which would be something like Yakuza New Chapter: Black Panther in English.

Black Panther takes place in the same world as the Yakuza series, but stars a younger protagonist. You’ll get to know Tatsuya really well because Black Panther is chock full of cutscenes. Sega spliced 300 minutes of voiced movies in between uppercuts and shin kicking action.

Yakuza New Chapter is scheduled to come out in Japan on September 22 as a retail title and a download on for PSPgo owners.
