Naruto: Geiktou Ninja Taisen 4 looks like it has made some major changes from GNT3. Players can start out by picking a three man cell instead of a single character. With the three man team you can switch characters in and out at will. Start out with a punch combo from Sasuke and then switch straight to Kakashi to finish the combo off. Or if you want to get really technical you can do a super team attack, which is best explained by watching the animation to the right.
