Square-Enix continues the Itadaki Street Special series

What is Itadaki Street Special? It’s a board game series that Enix created back for the Famicom. Think of it as electronic monopoly fused with Mario Party and you’ll have a decent idea about it. Back in 2004 Square-Enix released a new Itadaki game featuring characters from Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. Since it was a commercial success, a new PSP Itadaki mascot mash up is in the works. No word on what characters or enhancements besides wireless play are being added in. But we’ll know soon since the game is slated for Spring 2006.
