Who is the video game company for sale on eBay?

Right now on eBay there is a team of game developers including a 3D artist, producer, sound technician and programmers ready to make your dream game for the price of 150 grand. However, this mystery company didn’t reveal who they were in their auction listing. They did leave two clues which suggest that the company for rent is actually Tesseraction Games who created Enigma: Rising Tide in 2002. In 2002 Tesseraction Games earned an honorable mention for debut game of the year.
