The Silent Hill movie might be old news for North America, but the flick has not been released in Japan yet. To promote the movie a bunch of zombie nurses stormed Shinjuku. An interesting stunt, too bad nothing like that happened in Hollywood. I would love to have seen pyramid heads hanging out at Starbucks or see zombie children hanging outside of Mann’s Chinese Theater. Also Japan has Silent Hill slapped with a PG-12 rating while it was rated R in the USA.
I guess getting your skin ripped off and having people eviscerated from the inside out by rusted barb-wire is fine for Japanese adolescents!
I wonder if the Japanese will think the movie was as bad as the rest of the movie going public here in N.A. I’m waiting till it comes out on DVD, so I can watch it on my home setup to see if it is as bad as I heard.
Those nurses could be stripping for all I care, the movie would still suck.
oh yeah, everybody in North America just hated it, uh-huh. 9_9 I read it on the internet, it must be true.
Really everybody in North America I know loved it. Wow I found 4 people out of the hundred I’ve talk to that didn’t like it.
The movie was awesome, except the last 20 minutes.
People usually don’t comment on good movies, this is fact. Only bad. Hate is more popular than love.
everyone who said that movie was not good can go to hell what the hell do you people know I’ll bet you could’t do any better
That movie wasn’t scary at all. Lol.
I mean, yeah, it was kind of gory at the end, but its not that bad.
I don’t think that movie was that great though… Didn’t make sense.
If you’ve played the games, like I have, you’d know that Pyramid Head shouldn’t even be in that movie. And… Alessa shouldn’t be Rose’s daughter because… Yeah.
Director messed up the storyline.
