A 1,000 euros ($1271 in US dollars) is cold hard cash. You could presumably buy a Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii plus a couple of games with that kind of dough. Or you can splurge on eBay for all kinds of gaming goods. In France on seller has prototype carts of Romancing Saga 3 and Seiken Densetsu 3 (part of the Secret of Mana series) for the Super Famicom. Neither of these games were released outside of Japan, but regular carts can be bought for much much less than $1200. Then over in Germany one person claims to have an entry into the World of Warcraft: Burning Crusade beta. Here’s the picture of the info sheet with the beta code blocked out.
