Nintendo rescues breakfast

By Spencer . July 12, 2006 . 11:25am

Back in the eighties snap bracelets were hip, Transformers were on Saturday mornings and Nintendo had their own breakfast cereal. The Nintendo Cereal System was actually two different types of cereal in separate wrappings so you can choose what you want for breakfast. Either “fruity” Mario brothers or “berry” Zelda. The cereal was a neat idea, even though the shapes barley resembled any video game character. How much would you imagine a “mint edition” box of this cereal would cost now? Find out past the jump.
