My reason for Goku triumphing over Naruto is simply this: Goku has the power to blow up the scenery in a major way without going super saiyan, but Naruto cannot unless he manifests the demon fox cloak. Also, Goku can retreat (or perform a tactical withdrawal) in a much more expedient manner than Naruto can. From Dragonball, we see than he can run swim oceans and run very fast, and from Dragonball Z that he can fly fast enough to create a shockwave. Goku can teleport, or use Instant Transmission, to get away from the fight even faster, although he has to teleport to someone or something that gives off energy (so he can target the energy). However, Naruto is not all that fast. He can run on water and leap far, but that is more a matter of technique rather than physical stamina. Yes, he still has a lot of stamina, but that is provided mainly by the Kyuubi within him. Therefore, due to these reasons (as well as others mentioned in previous comments), I conclude that Goku would prevail over Naruto. Naruto13, do you have contrary evidence to prove your viewpoint?
