Copies of the first Trauma Center: Under the Knife reprint went to stores last month, but demand for the medical drama game hasn’t ceased. Atlus just announced that there will be a second reprint of the game with more copies coming to the store in mid August. In related Trauma Center news, Trauma Center: Second Opinion for the Wii is scheduled for a release this winter around the Wii launch. The Wii version will have a new control scheme based on the nunchaku set up, a second player and new operations.
I don’t get it.
When I was in Taiwan this game was on sale everywhere for around 700 NTD (about 22 USD). But here in the Netherlands I see the same game for over 40 euros (525 USD)!
And I hear stories about it selling out and people craving for a copy of this game in the States. If it’s so good, why don’t the Taiwanese like it?
well if the taiwanese dont like it then it must be bad. moron.
Thanks for your insightfull comment, Mango Jr.
The question wasn’t:
this game is bad, why do USAires like it?
The question was:
why is this game so succesfull in the States, but on sale (and thus unpopular) in Taiwan?
I know this will sound retarded, but I have to ask.
What’s a reprint?
