Mega Man ZX, a 2D Mega Man platformer is about to ship out on 09.12.06. The two heroes of the game Vent and Aile use biometals to transform into different variations of Mega Man. When the game starts out you only have access to Model X, but you can later fuse with other biometals to gain a bunch of other abilities.
X
The standard suit that Vent and Aile can use at the beginning of the game. The X suit comes equipped with an X buster that can charge two shots and all of the basic dash / wall climb skills Mega Man players are used to.
ZX
The ZX suit is designed with Zero’s abilities in mind. Whoever wears this suit can use a long range buster attack and a beam saber. The beam saber can do a short combo attack for some extra damage.
FX (fire)
The fire based Mega Man suit can rapidly shoot fire blasts in two directions. With the FX suit Vent/Aile can fire straight in the sky and in front of them. When the FX suit is charged up the fire balls are powerful enough to break blocks.
HX (wind)
This is the ultimate suit for exploration. While wearing the HX suit Vent/Aile can air dash in two direction and hover. The HX suit is also has recon skills. It can discover the weak points of psuedodroids and identify the remaining HP of a monster.
LX (ice)
If you’re in water you’ll want to wear the LX suit. The LX suit allows players to swim around underwater and dash in the deep blue. On land the LX suit can create temporary ice platforms.
PX (non elemental)
The PX is Mega Man’s ninja like suit equipped with an arsenal of electric kunai. The PX suit’s most useful ability is the claw, which can latch on to pipes and platforms. While wearing the PX suit Vent/Aile can see further in the dark and with the radar they can see secret passages.
