What is the big Xbox update all about?

If you tried to log on to Xbox Live you were greeted with an error message explaining that the service is currently down. No need to check your Ethernet cable, the service is offline for a full 24 hours as of 12:01AM PST. So what is Microsoft adding in? Changes to the My Xbox system. When the My Xbox configuration was first announced Gamertags and achievements were easily displayed over Xbox.com and on an Xbox 360 console. Just what is Microsoft adding in now? MSN Messenger support? New Vision Camera features? What can it be? Any guesses?
