Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, Vaan�s Sky Pirate adventure

Since October 31st North American Final Fantasy fans have been re-exploring Ivalice with Vaan, Fran and Penelo. Meanwhile Square-Enix has been working on Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, a sequel to FFXII. In Revenant Wings players will be able to see how Ivalice is after the events of Final Fantasy XII. You will be able to interact with characters from XII and re-visit areas. In the game Vaan and Penelo are a year older and are now sky pirates. Joining them are veteran sky pirates Baltheir and Fran as they search treasure. To make the game better fit a portable system Revenant Wings will be broken into missions that come together to make the story. The battle system has not been fully explained, but it is a new battle system that is playable with the stylus. Elements from Final Fantasy XII namely the gambit system will be brought back in Revenant Wings. Lastly this probably comes at no surprise, but there will be new characters and new espers in Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings.
