Atlus picks up Monster Kingdom: Jewel Summoner

In February 2006 Sony published released Monster Kingdom: Jewel Summoner in Japan. It is an original RPG where you help Vyse find his mother’s murderer. As the name suggests Monster Kingdom has monsters in it that you can breed and raise. That isn’t so surprising since Monster Kingdom: Jewel Summoner Cozy Okada, the creator of the Shin Megami Tensei series, made this game. While the franchise originated on the PSP, Monster Kingdom: Jewel Summoner has a Playstation 3 release in the works too. Who knows maybe Atlus will localize that title too if the PSP game is a hit. We’ll just have to wait until February 2007 to find out.
