Calling all hackers! Show your skills and win a Playstation 3Shiminomori.net is using a Playstation 3 with Linux to host part of their website and they are challenging everyone out in the internet to hack it. The rules are simple replace a JPEG file stored on the enhanced 160 GB Playstation 3 and the system is yours. Dirty attacks where you knock the PS3 offline don’t count towards a win. So how is Shiminomori.net going to benefit? Maybe they’re planning to use Playstation 3s as cheap web servers. They are a hosting company and if they can purchase PS3s instead of Xenon computers they could save some money. Web sever b3yond.
