The PS3 runs MAME

Putting Linux on the Playstation 3 has its share of advantages, like running MAME emulators. The major benefit of doing this is getting to play arcade classics like Marvel vs. Capcom on your TV. On the other hand a computer hooked to a TV can do this just as well so why would you want to buy a $600 system to do something a PC that costs a couple hundred dollars can do with ease?
