Gyakuten Saiban 4’s new investigation system

The Gyakuten Saiban series has brought in some creative techniques that Pheonix used towards getting to the truth. In Gyakuten Saiban 2 (Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice For All) Phoenix could use “psyche locks” to investigate deep in a person’s mind if he had the proper clues. Gyakuten Saiban 4’s new protagonist Hosuke Odoroki doesn’t have the help from the psychic Fey family. Instead he has to rely on his ability to spot nervous movements when people are testifying. The new system is called the “minuku” system, which means “to see through”. If Odoroki catches something he can call out sokodai and point out that something is wrong with a person’s testimony.
