Pokemon Diamond and Pearl coming in April 2007

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl coming in April 2007Nintendo announced that they will release Pokemon Diamond and Pearl for the Nintendo DS on April 22, 2007. In the new Pokemon game you guide a hopeful Pokemon trainer to catch them all in a new region called “Sinnoh”. People who preorder either of the new Pokemon games get a special stylus featuring some of the new Pokemon. Since Pokemon Diamond and Pearl are coming out next year Pokemon Battle Revolution, the first online Wii title, can’t be too far behind.

    aaaaah you make me drool please no!!! I’ve been waiting long time for this game and I still have to wait more dan a half year maybe a year because Kingdom Hearts II had a 6 months delay too in Europe. For this reason I hate living in Europe and there are no games to soothen the waiting :-( on DS.

    I’m definitely picking up both versions! I still have fond memories of Pokemon — when I spotted three mini Pokemon keychains in dangling from her car’s sun visor, my love for her only deepened. Or was that my love for Pokemon?

    The only real complaint I have with the series is how the charcter designs for the Pokemon seem to get worse and worse with each new installment. It’s as if the designers got lazy during the design process and just deciced to create anything that popped immediately to mind, no matter how dull or ugly. :p

    Still, that’s never prevented any of the portable Pokemon adventures from not being an enjoyable romp, so I’m definitely looking forward to Diamond and Pearl’s release.
