Although I did enjoy the first games back on the old Green and Yellow screen GameBoy, I never could understand the point paying the price of console game just to see them in 3D. The full adventure game in 3D, hell even a remake of the first games would have been a better deal than just paying a 3D converter. Also, it's no secret that Japan is going handheld. If the DS continues to sale this good, I wouldn't be surprise if Microsoft and SONY decided to make a touch screen Handheld of their own.
