		<description>Nope, these were official games planned for the Jaguar before it's death. They were released by people who managed to get a hold of the games after the system was long dead. I believe both of these were released with the blessings of the original author(s). (although not necessarily Atari itself)

These are NOT one of a kinds at all, both were made available from various websites for a while, with the packaging, and were available for download as well. Which is why they're not fetching astronomical prices. There are at least a few dozen copies of each (packaged), if not more.</description>

For some reason or another, I expected a price point that would be more out of the reach of an ordinary consumer. As it is, if you collect for the console (especially for titles that didn't receive a commercial release), there's no reason not to snag them up if you have the money.</description>
