Crackdown one ticket to getting the Halo 3 beta, but there is another way in

Packaging the Halo 3 beta with Crackdown is a brilliant strategy to get people to pick up the game, but thankfully it isn’t the only way to get a hold of the Halo 3 beta. If you’re an active Halo 2 player you’ll have a chance to get in too. Starting February 1, 12:01 AM EST log on to Halo 2 and play at least three hours in multiplayer matches on Xbox Live before February 3, 11:59 PM EST. As soon as you complete the task rush over to the official Halo 3 site and register. The first 13,333 people to complete this task will be included in the beta along with all of the people that purchase Crackdown.
