Grand Theft Auto transportation

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas just came out in Japan care of Capcom and they aren’t sparing any promotional money. They have trucks with the artwork from San Andreas driving around Tokyo Shinjuku and Osaka blaring “Welcome to the Jungle”. The Grand Theft Auto series is one of the US developed games that has done exceptionally well in Japan. Vice City sold hundreds of thousands of copies in the region. However the game is missing something that Gears of War has, Japanese voiceovers. If the official trailer is any indicator it looks like the American voice acting is staying in the game with Japanese subtitles. Did Capcom leave “hot coffee” in the Japanese game too?
