The USB powered Wii remote charging station

Sanko is about to release a charging station for Wii remote controllers that is powered by the Wii’s USB port. The product is easy to use, you just replace the battery cover with the packaged battery pack and you can use the charger. It takes about three and a half hours to charge the remote fully and one charge lasts around 25 hours. That’s the same mark that Nyko gave for their charging station, which is coming out in North America soon. There is one difference between Sanko’s and Nyko’s docking stations, Sanko sells each charger separately. You can purchase a single Wii remote charging station for 3,480 yen ($29) or save on a two pack which costs 6,480 yen ($53).
