The ESRB has ratings up for four Konami Wii titles: Gradius III, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Castlevania (NES) and Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Zombies Ate My Neighbors is a great co-op multiplayer game and even though it isn’t the arcade version of Gradius III, the Super Nintendo version is still a solid shmup. Since Konami is bringing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to the Virtual Console, it’s only a matter of time until the TMNT II: The Arcade Game and Turtles in Time come out.
I was surprised by Ninja Turtles too, too bad we’re not going to get the arcade version of TMNT 2 instead of the NES one. I’m guessing that ZAMN is going to be the SNES version, since it will work better with the classic controller.
TMNT 1 for NES, are you kidding me????
I’ll let the Angry Video game nerd speak for me on that one.

Zombies Are My Neighbors is a SEVERELY underrated game. It is almost obscure these days, when it deserves greatness.
Fun fact: a bonus level accessible from the very first stage is an homage to Lucasarts’ then-current Day Of The Tentacle!
I’d say it was only a matter of time, really. Konami still has the license to the Ninja Turtles series and haven’t laid off milking it for everything its worth with all these mediocre sequels.
The next step, naturally, would be to release their previous old school TMNT titles on the VC to make a quick buck.

Ninja Turtles? Sweet! And here I was thinking that licensing complications would prevent a game like that from ever appearing on the VC.
ZAMN is certainly a surprise as well. I wonder if it’ll be the SNES or the Genesis version.
