I love the graphical style of Alien Hominid. The art reminds me of an interactive cartoon, and is definitely one of the most polished flash games I've played in quite awhile. Meanwhile, the chaotic gameplay itself reminds me of the zany and bizarre sense of humor presented in Invader Zim.

Anyone who loves a good run-n-gun in a similar vain to the Metal Slug series should definitely try this title out, whether its through this latest XBLA download set for release this Wednesday or playing it online for free through Newgrounds. If you can track it down (not too difficult to do) or prefer to hold in your hands a hard copy of the game, grabbing either the GC or PS2 version would be a worthy purchase to add to your collection as well.
