However, by doing so, they've basically gone against RPG logic, and I'm sure more than a few people (including myself) can't stand going up against countless battles slaying the same demons over and over again without the award of gaining some new skill or ability.

I bet you, those same reviewers are now complaining about how tedious Inuyasha DS can get because you can't learn new attacks from battles. You just can't please them.</description>
