*Sighs* Ask a simple question, get a smart ass "I'm still a virgin and will prove my manhood by swinging my phallic computer knowledge around" answer. God I love the internet.

I wasn't considering hardware, I was thinking more along the lines of "third party plug in" issues.

Wolfrider, you don't seem to know much about hardware, do you?
Wii is way more powerfull than DS so they can't be compared.
You need some Computer calculation power to smoothly "playback" flash shows.

I don't understand... the DS browser doesn't have Flash capabilities? That's all that's needed to view YouTube or the myriad of other Flash video sites out there. I don't see why not, after all the Wii browser has it.

As for why anyone would really want to access Youtube using the DS Lite, I can only imagine for the novelty of watching said videos on a handheld, just as it is with using the Wii to surf through and watch Youtube videos.

Personally, I never really got into the whole Youtube thing, so having no connection to the service doesn't really bother me. I can live off the novelty of accessing the Web using the DS Lite itself.

Hi, I'm Lawrence, the Opera employee in the video. Thanks for stopping by! We're really excited by the work we're doing with Nintendo.

Just to clarify, I'm not a programmer. I do market research for Opera. Cheers!

Ugg... Can't anyone go a day without Youtube or MySpace?

I'm very pleased to hear about a US release date. Should make my browsing of the internet away from home a lot more enjoyable (since I don't have a laptop. >_>)
