Ace Combat series heading to the Xbox 360

This news probably isn’t as blockbuster as Capcom the multiplatform Devil May Cry 4 news or the tantalizing possibility of Final Fantasy XII not being a Playstation 3 exclusive, but Namco Bandai is bringing the Ace Combat series to the Xbox 360. Ace Combat 6 is currently in development for the Xbox 360 for release this year and as of now that is the only console it is coming out for. In the past the Ace Combat series has been exclusively for Playstation consoles, except for Ace Combat Advance. This doesn’t mean that Namco Bandai is shifting the series exclusively for the 360, they could be pulling a Ridge Racer where one game is on the Xbox 360 and the next comes out for the Playstation 3.
