There are 3 parts to it, the first is a short adventure while Naruto is out training with Jiraiya, the second part is the post-timeskip arc up until the Kisame and Itachi fights, and the third is quest completion mode. Completing the first two arcs takes roughly 10 hours, the quest completion mode has not been completed yet, so I have no idea. I can understand "spoken" Japanese, so that is how I got through the first two arcs; but the quest mode stuff is very text heavy and sadly I cant read Japanese.
