Konami turns the Playstation 2 into a learning tool

During the NES days there were plenty of "edutainment" titles, but on the Playstation 2 there aren’t too many. Konami is going to change this with a wave of family-friendly, “edutainment” games designed for kids. In development and slated for a summer release are Alphabet Circus, Dinosaurs Shapes & Colors, Frogger Hop, Skip & Jumpin’ Fun, and Toy Pals with Numbers. Notice that Frogger is hosting one of the games, which should sell a few extra copies of Hop, Skip & Jumpin’ Fun. What if the other games used Konami characters? Would Alucard’s Alphabet Adventure, Gradius flying shapes & colorful lasers and Silent Hill: Count the Pyramid Heads sell more?
