Pokemon DS pre-pirated?

Plenty of Pokemon fans are eagerly awaiting the English versions of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl this weekend, but before the game gets an official release it is leaked… maybe. CrunkPsyduck sent us a tip (thanks!) with this screenshot showing the two Nintendo DS titles are already circulating the internet. There is no link to a site to verify this so I leave it in the “questionable” folder, but considering some of people have been able to purchase a copy before the street date legally it wouldn’t be a huge surprise.
