Lots of tips were dropped in our e-mail box over the weekend (thanks everyone!) about Final Fantasy: 20th Anniversary also containing an English language option. I suspected this might be the case after spotting a menu screen from the US version of Final Fantasy: 20th Anniversary Collection with a language option that lets users switch between English, Japanese kana and Japanese. If you can’t wait to get Final Fantasy 20th Anniversary when it’s released in June or you just love the classy white box art you can pick up the Japanese release and enjoy it without any language issues.
Actually would the US version inclued the Jpn language option when it’s released here? Seeing as Gyakuten Saiban having both languages and Phoenix Wright only having Eng. If not, I would definitely pick up the Jpn version plus I prefer the simple yet classy white cover after all.

Without being a total dick, this has been listed on the actual game pages themselves of Play-Asia and NCSX, and presumably other places. It’s hardly some big secret that needed to be discovered.
