Beatmania IIDX 13 DistorteD heading to the PS2

By Spencer . April 26, 2007 . 12:52pm

Konami announced that Beatmania IIDX 13 – DistorteD is currently in development for the Playstation 2. One of the new features in DistorteD is 2P flip where the two players switch note patterns. Some of the songs in the arcade version of DistorteD include “Concertino in Blue” from GuitarFreaks / Drummania, “Samba de Janerio”, another remix of “Look to the Sky” and a number of revival songs from older releases of Beatmania. While Beatmania IIDX 13 is a Playstation 2 title, I wonder what will happen to Beatmania IIDX 14 CS. Will it go to the Playstation 3 or will Konami branch out and release it for the 360 too?
