AtomScreen Gallery: Dante playable in Devil May Cry 4
Most of Capcom’s Devil May Cry 4 screenshots show Nero, the new character who sees Dante as an enemy after he kills member in the Order of the Sword. A few screenshots of Dante were tossed around and if you ever doubted that Dante wasn’t playable in Devil May Cry 4 these screenshots show him in action. In Devil May Cry 4 Dante has the Rebellion sword plus his standard handguns Ebony & Ivory.

If you can see up the top on the left of the screenshots of Dante it has a letter for each style. In an interview with Hiroyuki Kobayashi (Producer of DMC4) Stated that “Dante will able to change styles, on the fly” so his gameplay will be based on that upon of DMC3 style, just better (Hopefully). There is no news so far of Vergil being playable but i would like to see that happen sometime in the future.

Dante should be able to curbstomp them all.
I hope he has a couple of new styles, or all the styles from 3.
Vergil better be playable, if even just a costume change
