AtomWatch: Odin Sphere gameplay footage
In just one week (two for North America) Odin Sphere is going to be on store shelves. Contrary to popular belief Odin Sphere is a 2D action game, similar to Final Fight but with RPG elements and this video demonstrates how the game plays. After you defeat your enemies they release glowing pink psyphers that you can use to do special attacks like summoning a huge cyclone. I got a copy of Odin Sphere yesterday, so we’re going to have some hands on Odin Sphere coverage soon. If you have questions about Odin Sphere, post them in the comments and I’ll try to answer them.

Is the option for “Jpn text” available, like the Sonic games or Onimusha 1?

Japanese AUDIO for NA release has been confirmed multiple times. Dunno about text… but you might as well import for that one.

Yeah, but I just thought if the US version has both Jpn audio and text, then it’d be the superior version to get.

I was just wondering…a little off topic, but is Vanillaware working on anything besides Odin Sphere and GrimGrimoire? I’m really diggin’ the stuff they do.
