I was a little surprised too when this cross-over was announced months ago. I mean, destroying hordes of Zakus w/ the Zeta Gundam's beam saber and machine gun? Yet it sounds satisfying to me (wonder if you can control Char's Hyaku-shiki). Also, this game sells like hotcakes in Jpn given the strong brand name of the two franchises, it just seems a perfect fit. I'm excited about this since there weren't that many great Gundam games. The slightly strange English title aside, I think it'd be mad fun to do some hack & slash w/ the mobile suits while advancing thru Gundam's canon storyline, at least more so than killing goblins in Ninety-nine nights. If it wasn't May already, I would assume that this was just another dumb April Fools joke - but I guess KOEI really _is_ that dumb to tie a completely unrelated game in to a radically different brand name.
