If you never played Ghost Squad in the arcades there is a little more than shooting terrorists with a light gun. In the jungle stage you have to diffuse bombs by holding the action button on the enormous gun and point at the bomb for five seconds. Since you’re not using the custom gun on the Wii players hold down the A button to activate the wire clippers.

You have to remember though, that Ghost Squad is a Sega Chihiro-based arcade title released in 2004, so of course the game isn’t going to be comparable to anything released in this day and age, even on the Wii.

For light gun games, graphics aren’t necessarily a selling point to begin with. What gets people like me hooked to them is their simple nature and pick up and play mentality.

Sweet Jesus, I may just go buy a Japanese Wii to play this. I’ve been irritated and impatient with the Euro releases. Plus we’re not gonna get One Piece…
