Watch: Surgery in Lifesigns: Surgical Unit

Dreamcatcher released this trailer for Lifesigns: Surgical Unit, the first game from Spike’s two part Tendo Dokuta series. Keep in mind Lifesigns was released as a Nintendo DS launch title in Japan so it might not have the graphic pizzazz as the recent wave of DS games. Visuals aside, Lifesigns: Surgical Unit is supposed to have more realistic situations than Trauma Center and the trailer gives an example of what kind of operations you will perform.

Heh, Lifesigns reminds me of Mr.Driller 2’s belated relase here in the states [which was a huge mistake on Namco of America's part in my opinion]. i am a huge fan of Trauma Center, so here’s hoping it is just as good or perhaps better than it.

I like the part where you can interact w/ the patients more in a richer story, but the surgery seems to be a little too graphic for my taste compared to Trauma Center (I get squirmish watching the surgery channel…)
