Dragon Quest Swords has rarely been in the limelight among Square-Enix's top-tier franchises, so this is the perfect title for Siliconera to cover. The visual style perfectly captures the look and feel of the DQ world. It's charming, and while the 3D graphics don't really stand out, the monster's vibes alone such as the series mainstays slimes should be enough to grab your attention.

That soulless, smiling slime....

If monster strength were determined by creep-out factor, slimes would have 250 hit dice, could level-drain with a glance and be worth 30 trillion experience to kill. And just imagine what a metal slime would be worth....

That will be great, this game looks alright and if it doesn't come out at America until 2008, I'll hate to think when it comes out in Europe :s. As I live there :(
