Nintendo Wii cross comedy party in Santa Monica this Friday

Overtime, the comedy troupe who is behind the Nintendubs is having a show on Friday, June 22 at The Westside Eclectic @ 9PM. After a half hour comedy show the venue, including its big screen, is going to turn into a giant Wii party. Expect Wii Sports tournaments, Street Fighter II battles and Mario Kart 64 matches. Also I’m going to be showing up at the event carrying a bunch of my import Wii games like Bleach Wii: Hakujin Kirameku Rondo, Naruto Shippuden: Geiktou Ninja Taisen EX, Eyeshield 21: Field Saikyou no Senshi Tachi and a brand new Wii game straight from Japan.  I just got the mystery game today and I’m looking at its shiny cover now….

 

So for $5 you get to check out a stand up comedy show, play some unreleased Wii games and drink cocktails. If you're in Southern California come on down!

Location: The Westside Eclectic is located at 1323-A 3rd St. Promenade, in the alley between 3rd and 4th St one block north of Santa Monica Blvd.
