They just need to crank out all the JRPGs they can get, like Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata and make them stay exclusive. Frankly I prefer the white color and HDD is upgradable, and I heard HDMI doesn't make much of a difference compared to component, but it's nice to have. It's going to take a lot more than a simple console reversion to market the Xbox overseas. An RPG like Blue Dragon is a good start, but not enough to completely win anyone over. The only thing that's got me kind of steamed is that Microsoft opted to price the Elite at a cheaper price than it is in America, although they can afford to do so with the 360 basically flopping in retail in Japan.
