Reader Response: E3 Edition

Reader Response: E3 EditionBefore next week starts I want to give you an idea of what to expect, which is complimentary coverage rather than the same stuff you will see elsewhere. Less live blogging. More hands on stuff, chats with publishers and scouting around for new titles that might be ignored by other sites.

After the press conferences we are going to be posting up highlights, what was good and what was bad. It is easy to get caught up in the torrent of hype right after hearing about a few awesome looking trailers so think of our press conference coverage as analytical bullet points.

If you hear about any games on the show floor that you want to know more about, send a tip ASAP and we will try to get to them. Oh yeah and on Wed. I have a meeting with Atlus, I know some of you are fans of their games so if you have any questions post them up and I will try to get to them. Same goes for Namco Bandai since I’m drafting up questions for those meetings now.

@the_importer – I was just about to post that up! Unfortunately, NIS America will not be at E3 and they canceled their panel at Anime Expo so things have been quiet on their side. Don’t worry though we’re going to talk with them later.

Damn, what are they hiding :(

Oh well, at lease you’ll be able get get a bit of info (even if they won’t be playable) on the 3 big Wii titles: MP3, SSBB and SMG.

Can you ask Namco Bandai about any plans for either of the three Gundam SEED: Earth Alliance VS ZAFT games (normal, 2 Plus, and Portable)?

@ Darrien – I was planning to ask them about Gundam on the Wii so I’ll try to sneak that in there.

I don’t even know if it will be there, but if you can try to track down some info on Infinite Undiscovery. I dunno if you heard about it, but it’s being developed by Tri-Ace, but published by Microsoft Game Studios. Tri-Ace (Valkyrie Profile, Star Ocean) is by far one of my favorite developers out there.

@ RoboBlue – I’ll try, but I think it might be to early for Ecolis / Ecoris unless someone picked it up…

@ Edward Smith – I’m hoping for more Infinite Undiscovery too!

Since Atlus localized Super Robot Wars OG for GBA, can you ask them if if they have plans of bringing to the US Super Robot Wars Original Generations for PS2?

Now that Odin Sphere is out and popular (I think) can you ask if ATLUS has any plans to bring the PSP version of Princess Crown over?

I second a looking into of Infinite Undiscovery. If possible any info on Star Ocean IV, though I doubt there will be much. Growlanser localizations or, obscure RPG’s of any kind. I have faith in your info gathering skills, you haven’t disappointed yet. :D

“Eiyuu Densetsu Sora no Kiseki” for PSP aka Legend of Heroes 6… question for Namco Bandai of course. New Druaga title maybe??

anything related to Falcom, NIS, Atlus, Aksys, Konami (Dracula X), random budget and obscure titles.

  • Hello Hello

I would honestly love to know more about Growlanser: Heritage of War, a game being published by Atlus and set to hit retailers at the end of August. There’s basically no information regarding this game right now aside from the bare minimum descriptions.
