Kenta Cho might not get anything from your purchase of this. He released his games under the FreeBSD license which is the next best thing to public domain.

I’m a huge fan of these games. I’ll gladly support Kenta Cho in buying this game. I can’t wait to get my hands on it.

Yes, but if I don’t see that Kenta Cho is actually given due credit, or better, royalties for actually making the games in the first place, then Majesco is still not getting my money.
