Growlanser: Heritage of War and the super limited edition

By Spencer . July 20, 2007 . 1:48pm

growlanserv.jpgGrowlanser is getting a jaw dropping release with a keychain, two lenticular cards (read: holographic cards), three pins, a 100 page art book and a multimedia disc with music as well as artwork. There is a Playstation 2 game somewhere in the swag heavy package too. The kicker is Growlanser: Heritage of War is getting a single print run. Once the limited edition package flies off stores it’s gone, forever. Atlus releases are usually uncommon so if you are planning on digging into this, bite the bullet and pre-order Growlanser: Heritage of War before it comes out in September.

    HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so pre-ordering the game today!

  • EvliAkito

Yeah, I better pre-order this one. It’s never fun to miss out on an Atlus game, because then you know that you may never see it again.

  • Hello Hello

    I already pre-ordered this. :)

  • coffeemate

    HO SHI-

    I’ll need to pre-order this.

  • Stupid Guest

Sorry for stupid questions. But can someone explain me what are “keychain”, “two lenticular cards” and “three pins”?

  • jeffx

GUUUUHHH? Single run? oh man I LOVED generations but I only bought it a couple months after it came out. Where can I preorder this in Canada? DON’T SAY EBGAMES!

  • Pesmerga00

This is great news, I just hope it’s at a reasonable price. The last Growlanser was something like 80$. Either way, I’m a sucker for bonus stuff so I will pre-order it.

    Reminds me of WD *sighs*

Which Growlanser is this in Japan?

Siliconera has a knack for leaving out that one crucial bit of information you need. Release dates, etc. Is this Growlanser V, or some new Growlanser game in Japan we haven’t heard of?

  • @Chris – Atlus hasn’t given out an exact release date and I mentioned before this is retooled version of Growlanser V with a harder difficulty level.

  • Robert

O_O only 1 print run!? this may become the rarest atlus published game yet,im definitely going to pre-order.
