More robots, more Super Robot Taisen

Barely a month has passed since Super Robot Taisen: Original Generations appeared on the Playstation 2, but that didn’t stop Banpresto from lifting the curtain on a follow up. Due out this winter is Super Robot Taisen: Original Generations Gaiden, which includes a free battle mode. Of course this is only for Japan, until some publisher takes on the daunting task of localizing the first game and the hundreds of pages of text.

Well, it's not really surprising since OG2.5 (which is unlocked after you finish OG2) is basically a preview of OG Gaiden.

Also, from what I understood, the free battle mode is more of an attack viewer thing. Famitsu scans also showed a card battle minigame of sorts.
