Watch: Final Fantasy XII International trailer

Later this week Square-Enix is bringing Final Fantasy XII International Zodiac Job System out in Japan and this trailer has a tiny preview of the brand new content. However, you may want to pass on the video unless you already beat the game. The three minute movie is riddled with spoilers, surprises and clips of the ending at the very beginning! The new stuff like the job based license grids starts a full fifty seconds in.

You know, if I knew about this I would have held out on importing the game last year.

You know what the problem with pointing out spoilers to those who haven’t played? We wouldn’t have otherwise known these things are spoilers. And all the talking portions I’ve seen before in various trailers before the English version was released last fall.

I must say, though I will probably never buy this game, if I were to buy one version of FFXII, this would be it.

I’m curious about the trailer, but thanks for the spoiler warning as I think I’m only 1/3 into the original import.

What prevents me from going back to the game is I’ve alrdy switched to a HD TV and the Jpn ver. didn’t suport widescreen, I have to continually re-adjust the display to see the stats or make the picture look bearable. I might give the game another try after I hook the PS2 up again w/ the old TV..
