Amen, reminded me of the 8-bit days cutscenes right away, and back then those were awesome. Definitely miss this style over the ultra real Ninja Gaiden Black/Sigma.

This really reminds me of the cinematic scenes from the Ninja Gaiden trilogy on the NES. I can't help but get the feeling that Dragon Sword is paying tribute to the Ninja Gaiden of year's past through these cutscenes.

I'm loving the stylish look of the game so far, it perfectly captures the look and atmosphere of the Ninja Gaiden series perfectly. Without a doubt, these cinema scenes are a more interesting way of displaying the storyline than just plain text.
