Temco seems amped about Ninja Gaiden Sigma. They just announced that their first Playstation 3 game shipped out 500,000 copies worldwide. Not bad news at all considering Ninja Gaiden Sigma has only been out for two months in Japan and around a month everywhere else. It’s even better news considering that Ninja Gaiden Sigma really is a prettier version of Ninja Gaiden Black with a new character. Gamers must love Ryu!
But will the owners of Ninja Gaiden Sigma pony up more cash? Tecmo is about to release the survival mission pack on August 31 in Japan for 315 yen ($3).
What’s with the ninja gaiden rehashes? Where’s the new ninja gaiden? Lazy bastards!
Ninja Gaiden 2 has been confirmed to be in development by Itagaki for the 360 at E3 2006 during an interview conducted by IGN. As of now, that’s all we know about the true heir and sequel to Ninja Gaiden, so naturally with no further announcements regarding that title, sites have nothing to report on when new info is concerned.
